Exercise without Revamping Your Schedule
Adding exercise into your day is easy if you simply use the time you have doing things you do already and add a little exercise here and there to your present schedule. No revamping, rescheduling or rearranging needed when you follow these simple tips. After a few days, you will not even notice a difference in anything other than your healthier more toned body.
Walk the Walk
Walking is good for your body and it saves gas, which in turn will save you money. Try walking instead of driving when running errands that are a short distance away. Your body will thank you and so will your pocketbook.
Take a walk with your spouse in the evening and visit with each other instead of vegging out in front of the TV after eating. This will help your body make use of all those calories as well as strengthening your relationship.
Wiggle While You Work
You have to do house work any way might as well make it fun and burn those extra calories. Turn on your favorite music and shake your booty while cleaning the house. If you want to really get into it try adding some walking lunges and wall pushups.
You will tone your body while getting work done and have fun doing it. Who knows maybe the spouse and kids will see you having fun and want to help. Then you will have more time to do what you want. Maybe you could use that time to take a nice long walk or a bubble bath as reward for your hard work.
Crunch Time
While watching your favorite television program take a few minutes to do abdominal crunches in order to tone those abs. This is also a great time to do a few pushups, leg lifts or any form of floor exercise. Grab your dumbbells and you can work those arms while watching your favorite show or while talking on the phone.
While doing dishes crunch your time and get some exercise in by doing standing pushups with your hands on the wall or counter while waiting to stir or finish something. Doing dishes or watching something on the stove do some squats or lunges to tone your buns and thighs. Do double duty while stirring or mixing by doing hip circles for a sexy middle.
Have a Ball
When doing anything that involves sitting such as watching television, working on the computer or talking on the phone sit on a stability ball. Bounce around a little while holding your abs in to strengthen your core. Once you are able to balance well on the ball try doing hip circles or even leg lifts while sitting on the ball.
