Tuition reimbursement and the effect of adult learning can measure both good and bad aspect in life. You have to see the effects of first finding something that you really interested in. Sometimes the company that you are with want you to pursue something that will benefit that specific spectrum in the work environment. with that being said,it can cause a glitch in learning,because your not necessarily pursuing something that your good at in most causes. Educational sole purpose is to better yourself and not necessarily the company, but in most case the pay increase can be very beneficiary. Tuition rates is at its all time high and most cases assistance can make a difference in whether attending or not going to college especially if you are working parents.
