Products no man's bathroom should be without

The bathroom is a man's world. Contrary to a womans belief, men are complicated creatures. So complicated in fact, on the surface we seem simple. A man requires many things in his bathroom, and when they are not available we use the next best thing. If we are out of shaving cream, we just use hot water or if we are out of shampoo then we just use soap. The bathroom is an important place to a man. Its his throne room. The one place in the house he can call his own unless its pink and has flowered wallpaper, then we tend to stick to the garage.

There are many essentials that a man's bathroom requires but none more important than toilet paper. It is the necessity that keeps society moving forward. Think about it. Would you be in a better mood in the morning if you had to use a leaf or a corn shuck?

The next item on the list is almost as important as the first and at times it is the most important item. The toilet plunger is a fantastic item to have. I don't know who first made a plunger but I would like to shake their hand. I can't tell you the number of times this item has saved me when we have company over and someone is knocking on the door.

This leads me to the next item on the list. Air fragrance spray. The number one way to cover up the evidence. Although not a requirement of the man's bathroom, it definitely helps. If you da not have any spray then here is a little trick my dad taught me. Light a candle. Now you may be thinking that this list just took a hard left turn but think about it. What do you use to light a candle? Matches. Enough said.

Face it, men need to be entertained. Magazines are a definite plus to have in stock. A man catches up on the latest news in the bathroom. We will take a newspaper in and come out 30 minutes later with a wide variety of new information. Plus, there is nothing easier to do to take your mind off the smell. Unless you have a candle, that is.

Now lets move to the shower. Body wash is a full time requirement as well as shampoo. Make sure you always have a back-up bottle just in case. As men, we tend not to really think about this until we run out, and then we may not think about it again for up to a week. A wash rag and towels are an investment worth putting money into, but that should be a no brainer. Also, a towel rack of some sort is required because a towel can develop mold on it if it doesn't dry, so you will smell worse than before you took a shower.

On to the medicine cabinet. Let's first start with a razor. Every man needs a razor and an electric trimmer also comes in handy. You will need shaving cream to go along with the razor. When you start to look like Rip Van Winkle, its time to shave. Q-tips are a little tool that come in handy very often. Also, tweezers are a requirement to have in stock at all times. For your ears, nose, eyebrows, and all the little cracks and crevices on your body that seem to sprout up little hairs. Face it, You ARE hairy. A toothbrush and mouthwash are a necessity. Not only is having bad teeth very unhealthy, it is a turnoff to women when they go to kiss a guy and his breath smells like the food he had three nights ago. Brush your teeth, at least twice a day. Ladies, this goes for you too. Nail clippers or a nail file is a tool no man should be without. It should go hammer, axe, nail clippers.

These are just of a few items that will make your bathroom a little better. I use these items everyday, with the exception being the plunger. They each serve their own useful purpose at the right time. So let's face it guys, we all know that we are kind of gross, but with this list no-one else has to know just how gross we really are.
