Flirting is like a fine wine, it only gets better with age. It's not going to be easy at first, but neither is making wine for the first time. All you need to do is take it slow. The art will come to you in time. You just need to remember these words, stay confident, stay focused, don't pee yourself, and stay confident.
Everyone loves to flirt. It is hard-wired into our brains. It makes us feel sexy, passionate, and brings out the bad-boy or bad-girl type in all of us. Confidence is the big key here. Women love a man who is confident. He gives off the signal that he has something that a woman wants or more precisely, needs. Its okay to smile. You spend a lot of money on those teeth, so show them off. Women love that, it is a sign of being self-confident. Also be witty and humorous, make her laugh. 99% of women love a man with a sense of humour. Women love to have fun and be entertained by a funny guy. Don't overdo it though, every women has her limits. Don't appear too cocky or full of yourself, that is a turnoff to most women. Then again, don't put yourself down either, that is a turnoff too. For the most part, just be yourself. Talk to her like you would your friends. Ask her questions like where shes from and what she does for a living and why she is at this particular location on this particular night. You want to seem generally interested in her, but don't overdo it. You do not want to be the creepy guy at the bar. Women are people too. Also, don't brag about Mr. Johnson. Women do NOT care. If they like you and think you are an interesting guy then they will NOT care. You do not want her to think all your doing is trying to take Mr. Johnson to the pool. Got it?
You want to be casual yet sexy. Smart yet sophisticated. Organized yet a little bit messy. Remember, no one is perfect so don't try to be. That goes the other way too. No mature woman will want a slob. She wants to know that the man she is flirting with has his life together, but don't brag about your job either. A real woman will want a man who is clean. It is much better to smell freshly showered rather than smell like you took cologne bath. Its okay to wear cologne. A little bit is sexy, a woman should want to get closer to you. She shouldn't be able to smell you when you are in the parking lot. Always comment her if you smell her perfume, but don't comment if it could be the girl ten feet away. Be sure to tell her how beautiful she looks. Gently touch her arm during a conversation or tuck her hair behind her ear if its covering her face. A little bit of touching is okay, but your not a bear so there is no need to maul her.
Just like making wine, flirting will take years to perfect. While it may come naturally to some people, it doesn't come naturally to all. All you need to remember is to have confidence in yourself. Be the best you that you can be. Be witty and charming. There is no rule book or field manual that gives you a step by step process mainly because every women is different. They all have different wants, needs and desires. When you perfect your wine, every women will want a taste.
