What good is the production of goods without an able body staff? The mind, body, and spirit should become amenable to the stressful processes which a season manufacturers.

Seasonal employees are only as good as the purpose for them to fulfill. They are gathered to produce immediate results within a short time span. The window of opportunity for them becomes shortened the more production increases. Seasonal employees should be selected based upon appropriate measures.

The choice words selected and filtered through during the course of a meeting are the meat of which many operations are built, sustained and, eventually, furthered by.

The selection of prime candidates is somewhat of a burdensome process comprised of numerous meet and greets, applications, and interviews.

The hallmark expression of "you're hired" is only provoked after further consideration has begun to warrant more of an appeal to the skills and earnest intentions of trustworthy men. Their discipline shines through for purposes of establishing the worth of initiatives.

The discipline required to enlist the support of anyone must be first replicated within the hirer. Attracting the loyalty of another is to bear the responsibilities of every operable capacity within the scope of one's authority.

Decisions are the epitome of one's existence. It is one's conclusion, if the right and wrong collide during a race for greatness via capacity-building initiatives.

Divine Creator,

We pray that you continue to strengthen us for the many tasks which are ahead of us. Teach us how to grow into the abundance of your grace and to walk in the spirit of humility when approached for assistance. Thank you for renewing our strength. Thank you for helping us to produce a level of service warranted by the needs of clients.

Thank you for the mighty working of your spirit by which we thrive. We understand ourselves and the meaning of others. Help us to forgive the indiscretions of one over another. Help us to recruit based upon the individual's skills which overshadow the flaws in their personality.

Thank you for the opportunity to shake hands with many. Thank you for spirit of discernment to select a few good people who are willing to bear down and take upon themselves the responsibilities of carrying forth this cause. We pray that you attract those men and women who are highly skilled and whose skills would be of great benefit to the company.

Thank you for the obligations of our past and the responsibilities of our present. Help us to reshape our future with the diligent work habits of one who adheres to fundamental principles of good moral reasoning. Thank you for the right to bear the arms of a warrior with wisdom, discipline, and determination during a good fight of faith.

Thank you for the opportunity to retain a focus in the directing of corporate initiatives and any decisions which are required to be made for any advancement at all. We pray that you help us to grow into a director with the eye to see all clear paths which lead to profit and great gain. We pray that you give us the wisdom to know how to direct the efforts of others. Show us how to use all available resources.
