to burn out than to fade away". The amount of heroin in his body alone was enough to kill him if the shotgun wound to his head hadn't of. Many speculate that then gun was too big for him to fire himself and that him being left handed had a factor. Everyone says that Courtney killed him or had someone take him out and make it look like a suicide. The conspiracy theories never end and never will. The suicide note may have been an old note Kurt wrote in one of his many journals that she found and carefully placed. Kurt seemed way too optimistic about his life and Frances to take his own life and leave her behind. When someone feels inadequate all the time, it's hard to be in the presence of such beauty and wonder. His love for her may have been too much, like he foreshadowed before, and the thought of letting her down seemed worse than taking his own life. His addiction may have simply gotten the best of him, and being in the deprived state that he was in, he took in the heroin like water in a desert. The stress, anxiety and panic from the prior events combined with the power of the drugs he ingested could drive any man insane. Kurt knows for sure and many hope Courtney does, too. However, it almost seems appropriate out of respect for a man who wanted nothing more than to be anonymous remain an unsolved case that should not be opened for everyone to extract and pry at like his life on earth. That would be the case, of course, if people actually respect what seems to be Kurt Cobain's wishes.

Nirvana's songs may come on the radio at least once every day on your journey, and you may hear the voice of some radio host saying the band is over-rated. Maybe now you'll listen to what Kurt wanted you to hear- his music. His voice. His words that have yet to be forgotten by legions of fans to this day.
