Cents Doesn't Make Sense!

The best things in life are free.
Like feelings we cannot see or touch.
But if money really can't buy happiness,
Then why does the rest of life cost so much?
You can watch your every dime
Until you go to hand in your cashout report.
Only to find that after being so careful
You still wound up a few bucks short.

Ironically enough you could have it all

And your problems wouldn't get any smaller.
But then again we can make something out of nothing.
Remember change is made from a broken dollar.
They say time is money
So make sure that both are well spent.
Because when you finally sit down for a moment.
You'll find yourself wondering where they went.

Everything has a cost
Just like every person has a price.
You can go ahead and count your dollars.
But be sure you count your blessings twice.
Because really life is a luxury.
That is really all I am saying.
Life these days is extremly expensive.
But I live like someone else is paying.

The funny thing is.
Is that most of us miss out on the big joke.
Many live to pinch their pennies.
Only to ultimatley end up dead broke.
A sad truth it may be.
But it's their fault for missing the hints.
In life money is everything and nothing.
And it still doesn't even make sense!
