The problem still remains the public school system its is in great need of complete over haul. Most public schools in poor neighborhood do not even have computer technology. Choices are better for those families who can afford better schools. The nations public school systems are better prepared in upscale neighborhoods. Quality schools on predominantly poor areas is bad to worse.

Education according to Us constitution is from Grade school through college. America has not upgraded any public schools in poor area's in years. Teachers are over worked and under paid. Many problem children go to low income schools are harder to teach. Families in low income neighbor hoods have no better choices then failing public school systems. The hole school system needs to be upgraded so that all students have the same amount of learning tools.

Most lower income schools are over populated student s up to forty in one class. Teachers have less power to teach with this many students in one class. Many states are closing schools pushing students to go to one high school that causes over population in the class rooms. Many students have gone to closing schools for generations. Now pressed for money states are closing schools to cut cost. Children are the future of America yet schools are being cut and closed.

For Years states have been taking in lottery money that was to go to upgrade all schools. Where has all this lottery money gone. Ear marked money for school repairs. where did this lost federal money go? Congress never asked. People never find out where all they;re state funding gets spent on. Yet every state in America is in debt from forty years of ear marking money. Then not using this federal funding properly .

Choices are better in upscale areas then in poor low income area's of the cities. Crime is much higher in poor neighborhoods. street gangs run rampant. American school systems all need to be up graded so all families have a better choice of schools. Teachers can not teach without proper teaching supplies. Children can not learn in run down out of date schools.

time for congress to start using all these hundreds of millions in lottery money for the school system the money was meant for. Choices are not there for many children who never get a fair chance to a proper education. Then they're is the famous no child get left behind project. What a waste of money. The big city streets are over run with children who are not in school. Teachers can not teach when the class rooms are over run with to many students.

Lets start upgrading all public schools so choices are better for all families. Better schools means more class rooms for all student. Modern technology in all schools is another good teaching benefit. Lets not talk about American's being uneducated until no child is ever left behind. Ignorance is just a lack of proper school systems with teachers
