After a hard workout at the gym, this fruit smoothie will go down "smooth."
16oz cold drink glass
4oz mango puree
2oz low fat vanilla yogurt
a full 16 0z glass of ice
In blender, add mango puree, yogurt and ice. Stop blending after you stop hearing crunchy ice cubes. Pour into cold glass, throw away the straw and grab a long spoon and enjoy!
