The personal costs of having a permanent job

age.

Time For Yourself

Working a full-time job cost time for yourself as well. This is something that every person needs at sometime. That is the time that we get to relax. We can enjoy whatever it is that makes us happy during our "me" time.

"Me" time allows all of the stress of the day to fall away from us. Without time for that, you are bound for a rocky road as far as your health goes

Health

A permanent job often comes with a great deal of stress. Stress plays a major factor in your health. When you have been involved in a stressful situation for too long, your health will begin to decline. You should also keep in mind the many people that you come into contact with each day that may have contagious virus's and colds to mention just a couple. Your immune system is already down from the stress, which makes it easier for you to catch these unwanted bugs.

Factors such as dust and perfumes can cause allergies to kick into high gear. This causes you to become ill and you might have to spend some time at your doctor's office to get yourself cleared up.

Your heart also takes hits when you are working a full-time job. The stress factor simply cannot stay away from you. Heart conditions are dangerous and can even cause you death. If your work situation is that stressful, it is advisable that you find another position to ease the strain on the most vital organ in your body.

We all need to work in order to survive. That is a given and there isn't nothing we can do about that. We can take measures to relieve some of that stress though. It is critical to your well-being and that of your family. Take care of yourself first, all other things will follow.
