Self Perception!
Take a moment to describe yourself. Now where did that description of yourself come from? If you didn't know it our belief system comes from others. The powerful part of understanding this revelation is the fact that whatever belief system we have developed for ourselves didn't have to be true or false. In other words a person could have jokingly called you dumb once in your life and if you accepted it and believed it you have made other people call you dumb on purpose because of your self perception self producing actions. Some on the other hand mistakenly believe that it takes repetition for this process to work, however it only takes us as humans once to believe something whether true or not.
Truth is relevant only to the believer. Our subconscious mind doesn't discern things on the basis of truth and false hood, because it literally doesn't know what to do or think until it is programmed or given instructions by what we tell it to believe or accept. Self perception is the bottom line. What we really believe about ourselves in true time reality, is exactly the way others will see us. Energy can be felt and transmitted without saying a word or by having one single clothing item on to express ourselves. It is said that "sticks and stones may break my bones but names will never hurt me", is not the truth at all. Names can do damage and hurt us in places that physical instruments can never reach. Names can change your life forever in a much more drastic way than anything ever invented by man.
From birth we don't know what to think about ourselves until we are told. Whatever we have believed concerning what we have heard has made all the difference in our life and has formed, shaped, and molded our self perception that has produced our self producing actions. For example children in a physically and verbally abusive home can develop into something entirely different because they have chosen vehemently to believe a different voice and have went to great lengths to refuse, repel, and regurgitate negative influencing perceptions about themselves. And what's even more powerful is that they have for years on top of years had the negative pounded into them repeatedly; but the positive voice of love, hope, and inspiration they may have heard only once or not seldom at all. It's the voice that we chose to believe which matters most.
It doesn't matter what other people say or think about me, what matters is what I say and think about myself! Yes that
