The short answer to the question: Which pay-to-click sites genuinely pay? None of them do! I should mention that I was a member of many PTC sites, including the two I mention here. Also I should define REAL referrals: REAL people, not the feared BOT, short for roBOT people, are offered by the PTC site as referrals, giving the illusion of greater income from referrals, rather than simply clicking all the ads by oneself, a solitary venture worth about ten cents daily, if you click ten ads daily for a penny each.
The best pay to click site that I know is http://www.neobux.com which is the creation of a Portuguese gentleman. Neobux is the antithesis of the battered http://www4.bux.to/ which has been unable to pay on time for months! Neobux has paid its members instantly with very few delays since it started about a year ago. Bux.to is about two years old, and the terrible twos have taken a worldwide toll on bux.to. Google the bux.to name and you will uncover thousands of disgruntled, and many extremely angry, bux.to members.
Both of these best and worst payors had their members funds frozen by PayPal. Unlike bux.to members, the Neobux members bombarded PayPal with emails, snail mails, phone calls and whatever else it took to cause PayPal to release Neobux funds immediately! Bux.to sadly lost all of their funds for the total time of six months, a financial disaster that continues to plague bux.to and its miserable members even as we speak. Delays of six months to a year for a simple payment of ten dollars to a bux.to member are common.
Here is why I say that no PTC site GENUINELY pays ALL the members: Neobux recruited about one million members within the first few months of starting. Almost immediately after the million members joined, the Neobux miracle began to unravel. The members were unable to rent or recruit enough referrals to make a decent profit. Was this due to the negative posts in the Neobux, and other PTC, forums, as the Neobux creator complained? Perhaps these negative comments did drive some members away.
However, as the government agencies generalize, one cannot rob Peter to pay Paul forever. Exactly what do the consumer protection agencies mean? Here is my interpretation: With one million members, Neobux, the genuinely honest and open PTC, became top heavy, meaning the Golden members were given the opportunity to rent up to 2000 referrals. Rentals are the members which the creator recruited through his own advertising or whatever method he used to gain the huge numbers of income seekers.
Sadly, the creator of Neobux failed to DO THE MATH: Consider the million members as an upper limit. It was in real life, so we will consider it real in the math. 500 Golden members rent 2000 referrals each. Sorry to say, for the 999,500 other members, there are now no real referrals to be rented. Of course, the members can recruit any number of their own referrals. Say ALL of the one million members recruit 2000 each. There are now two BILLION members, and they want their pound of flesh: 2000 referrals. ET phone home.
Extraterrestrials, or some earth bound species other than human must now be recruited for every one of the two billion human members to have 2000 referrals. Of course, the creator could share all the members equally. So 500,000 of the mythical million members could have 2 referrals, about $10 monthly income. Not the thousands of dollars that 2000 referrals could produce, but it would be a fair share to the 500,000. Now the other 500,000 must continue forever to click for ten cents daily. About three dollars monthly.
Of course the PTC sites could find many other sources of income to pay their members other than the penny a click which is the usual pay. But then they would not really be a PTC, would they?
