The importance and influence of an individual's world view.
A world within a world, within a world, or a world of a world, of a world, or a world outside a world, and so on. It all depends on your world view how you make quality in you lifestyle. If you can think of your own world within the world and its constant spinning, you may be better prepared to make some influence on the world as a whole. If on the other hand you are sucked in by the world's present norms, then you may be ineffective, though they say you must know your enemy to fight them, so maybe you have to put on the worlds cloak for a while. However, it has also been said that one person can make a difference.
My individual world view is of my world within, or interacted with, the world as I see it everyday. Now that will be totally different from the way some poor starving desert dweller in war torn Sudan, who may wake up in fear. Yet, by one British photographer, back in the eighties, exposing the plight of the starving masses in Ethiopia we had the birth of Band Aid through Bob Geldof. So here one person's world view changed things for the better. Wouldn't it be wonderful if we could eliminate suffering and poverty altogether? For my own edification and well being, I try to see a world beyond that of concrete and tall buildings and am fortunate enough to do so living in the bush and 5 minutes from the beach outside of Melbourne. Australia. As I sit here writing for Helium, I am hoping my world view may influence even one person to try another way of looking at things.
This is what I try to do- (and I must make the effort) is to make sure that I keep calm within my world and not have bad thoughts about others and definitely not put any insecurity or anger on another, especially my wife and family. To do the best to make my little portion of planet earth happy. Also to give a smile when out in the world, for you may just find someone who needs one that day. The old adage "Clean up your own backyard first", and then you can radiate your good vibes to others and the world may feel more love. That is one view of how an individual's world view can change things . Yet if you don't want to become involved with the world of people, as you see it, then pray for world peace and send your message out much as I am trying to do here.
Let us view the world; many continents, countries, and different peoples and cultures. Many beautiful natural paradises to enjoy. Much wonderful that is in the natural world for
