Look in her eyes.
Can you read those
Spinning thoughts?
Do you know that
Beneath that perfect forest
a fire burns?
Fire hot with
Love and lust,
Fear and hate,
Hope and joy,
Depression.
I see the maddness
Slowly encroaching.
I know she wants to die.
I know she wants to kill.
I see those dark creases in her mind.
She begs to feel the blade penetrate their soft skin.
I watch her morbid curiosity,
Winding through her body.
And I step away from the mirror.

by Josh Andrews

A phantom on the other side of the mirror
Taunting the romantic eyes flashed its way
Flipping
