Hey you
You sweet adorable
Little thing
I'd like to be your friend
But I would love to be more
I'll help mend your broken heart
Yeah dry up all those painful tears
I'll be here until you part
But even then I'll wait for years
You're blaming love
For pain it didn't cause
What he did makes me believe
It was never love at all
He picked you up
Just to watch you fall
And I have been here all along
Just pacing through this empty hall
Hey you

Now that we have become friends
Do you think that we couldbe more
I'll hold you until the sun comes up
And help you through your painful dreams
I'll stay here until you push away
But even then it will be hard to leave
