The ten worst types of employees a boss can have

Companies expect certain standards from their employees. It is their bosses job to make sure those standards are followed. Bosses have a tough job to do. The reputation of the company is at stake when there are employees that don't follow the rules of proper conduct. It can cost customers and other employees.

The following is a list of the top ten worst types of employees a boss can have:

Time Waster

Every workplace has them. Those people that walk around aimlessly. They will stop to talk to anyone they pass by without ever saying one word about work. In fact, they are the most notorious figures in the company. No one likes a time waster.

People that waste company time on a consistent basis causes more work for everyone around them. They don't care about that. They just don't feel like working. The big problem is that the company is paying them for work they aren't doing. This is the top worst type of employee to have.

Late Comers

This type of behavior puts a bad light on the company. Customers suffer because of it. Co-workers suffer because of it. The work has to be done, but it can't be completed in a timely manner if someone is constantly late.

Complainers

A complainer can ruin your entire day. They spend most of theirs complaining about this thing or that thing. They are never satisfied with the way anything is working. These people will bring down the once lively atmosphere of the most positive settings. This is bad for work production in all employees because it just brings everyone down. In fact, complainers have a great ability to draw people into the complaint factor.

Gossipers

These are the people with the big mouths. They will spread everything they hear whether it's just a rumor or fact. Lies don't escape the gossipers tongue either. These people will talk behind anyone and everyone's back. Employers should be on the look out for these troublemakers. The kind of atmosphere this creates should not be welcome in any company's doors.

Dissatisfied

An employee who is dissatisfied with their working conditions will wreak havoc on any place of employment. Employers despise this type of employee and with good reason. The dissatisfaction
