The Reality of Reality is not really a reality.

"How many legs does a dog have if you call the tail a leg? Four. Calling a tail a leg doesn't make it a leg." ~ Abraham Lincoln

Reality I think exists somewhere between the subtle truth that lies behind these two quotes.

"Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don't resist them, that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like." Lao-Tse.

At what point though do we let reality be, and at what point can we create, or have an effect on reality?

We are not just pawns, and we too are a real part of reality and we too move and make our being only within reality. We fashion reality, but how much does it fashion us?

Love is all, forget the rest. Reality is love, loving. Love is the only reality within reality. Everything else contains an element of unreality within it. Love is only reality relating back to itself. You make your own reality by loving, but you must fully accept the reality of all others. This is being yourself within reality, while at the same time accepting and letting the rest of reality be itself also. Everything else except for the reality of love is only a reflection of love in its one reality. There is only one reality and all are this one and the same reality. It is only love.

By loving we impart love's reality to our own experience. We bring reality to life within ourselves only as much as we are loving from love, the one and only real and true reality. There is no separated existence for us existing apart from this one reality of love. Every soul contains love, but in differing degrees and this brings about the differences noticeable in each soul.

We can get into trouble only when we oppose reality or what it really is. This happens when we are wanting things to be different from what they really already are in reality, and we are also then seeing things to be different from what they actually really are. At this stage we are interpreting reality by the way that we ourselves are seeing it. The events themselves of reality taking place within reality can never hurt us of course, only our distorted views of reality are the things that can ever cause us any pain and distress.

Resistance is non acceptance and leads to thoughts being held that are trying to oppose reality. Have a guess who always wins
