Dreaming of an ooey-gooey pizza that is low in fat? Look no further. Zpizza is a chain of restaurants that has up to 1/3 less fat than competing pizza chains is popping up all over the map.
How do they do it? In 1986, Zpizza opened in an artist community in Laguna Beach, California. By using 100% certified organic tomato sauce, 100% certified organic wheat flower, Wisconsin skim mozzarella cheese and MSG and additive free meats, they are creating a product that actually tastes good, and is good for you.
My boyfriend and I saw a sign that a new pizzeria was coming, and being the pizza lovers that we are we figured we had to try it.

The ZBQ pizza was amazing. I'm not a huge meat eater, but you can tell all of their products are extremely fresh. The addition of sweet corn, which isn't normally on a BBQ pizza was a nice refreshing touch.
The pepperoni pizza, which the manager informed us was award winning was actually quite good. It wasn't as greasy as other pepperoni and it wasn't full of additives or preservatives. A slice of their pepperoni pizza has about 100 fewer calories than Dominos would.
The rest of their menu looked equally tasty. They had some interesting
