Road Less Travelled
Easy does it now,
Slow it down some,
Get off the fast track and don't unravel
And take the road less traveled.
There is a time for all seasons:
A time that is just your own
Given at such a time as this
For you to succeed and belong.
Faster isn't smarter;
Speeding along isn't getting it done
Being 'best starter'
Is not better in the long run.
Pace yourself -
feel the momentum
Watch the butterflies on the rose
And magpies in the close.
You will see that there is time for you
It's been there all along
Just hop on the "train to sanity"
and leave the maddening throng !
