Why?

God, why do you wait?
Why do you wait to tell me what is mine to know?
Why must I wait to know
my mission?my purpose?my reason for life?
Must I be kept in the dark?
Must I be kept in the darkness
for so long, that I can no longer see any light?
No light, at the end of this tunnel of Darkness,
For me I fear it is the end.
I do not want to be sucked away from all
that is good in this world,
The Light, the People, my Family,
Your Love!
Your Awesome Love!
I fear it is the only thing that keeps
me close to your side.
I Know it is the only thing that keeps me
breathing each and every day.
Your Love, Your Protection, The Hope.
The hope that You give me, that makes me believe
that I am Worth something,
That I am meant to do something Good for Your People.
And so I ask you;
Dear Lord, please light the way for me,
Please show me what to do.
Please help me do your will.
Keep me close to your side.
