Somebody new. How often have you wished that you could be somebody new?
So many things to forget and forgive, to learn and unlearn, to try and to live.
Forget the old look and the feel and the taste, forget the pain and the loss and the waste.
Go on to the future and never look back! Go on to the new on a much faster track.
Go on and forget the child you were. Except when the night memories lure
You to think of the past and the hopes that you had, that someone would know you,
The good and the bad. And still they would like you and somehow they'd see
That you were a secret to set them all free.
And you wonder why someone never came round. You wonder why you had never been found
Before it became the only way out, to change into someone you know nothing about.
