Impossible
There is no way to fight poverty,
wage war against hunger,
no way to fight for peace.
One can not declare war on drugs
or a global war against unemployment,
injustice, terror, fear.
One can not use the language of hate
for a noble cause,
it is simply IMPOSSIBLE.

So glad you take me by the hand
And lead me to the promised land.

The standards you have set for me
Are impossible for anyone to reach
You want me to work, clean, and take care of you
