insects will rurround you. The warm wind will blow your hair away and you'll feel it all over you. It will be daylight longer and when it is night you'll be exhausted so you can have a good night sleep. At dawn the birds or roosters will awaken you and you can have another fantastic day.
So much to do in springtime whether we travel or just be in our backyard. We can sit in our lounge chair and enjoy the flowers, butterflies, insects, bushes, trees, and grass blooming as we feel the warm breeze. Early risers can have their breakfast ouside as they watch the sunrise and sunset. Some like to have their favorite drink at night and watch the stars.
Socializing more is also part of springtime. We begin seeing our neighbors more and hear the children play outside. Welcoming more people at home spontaneously just to have a drink or invite formally is also part of enjoying spring. You'll be welcomed too in their home.
Springtime is also a time to become more active by doing some work outside cleaning up or preparing the garden. Playing with the kids is great since as an adult it is impossible to keep up with them but you can try. Play some sports yourself with other adults or even join a team. Take walks or run. Visiting the parks is great in springtime since there are no bugs and you can watch everything grow. So are zoos fun to visit. The animals are more active than those hot days and less people there. Go and watch your kids or grandkids play baseball or go to the professional games. Just get that body going!
Welcome spring by getting in better shape all around. Eat healthy and be active. In turn you'll keep pounds off or take off some. Exercise your mind with good conversation, reading, writing, or take some classes to dwell deeper in subjects you are interested in or new to explore. Refresh the soul through reflection, meditation, spiritual study, and attend liturgical functions. Have a renewal of your soul and get rid of the negative stuff. Feel your emotions more intensely but let them know who is in charge.
You'll get the spring fever as you enjoy the beauty of nature and be outside more. As you become more active the temperature will go up as your body moves more. Challenging your mind will awaken that brain more and demand the brain cells to work harder. Your soul will be purified through the renewal of spirituality. Your heart will respond to be more romantic and love deeper and more fully. You will get so hot that your passion for living will last to the summer, fall, and winter. Next spring you'll get that spring power again because spring has sprung in you this spring.
