This chapter of the Revelation makes me wonder when is this going to happen? Will it be soon because I pray to God that I have the seal of God on my forehead. If not please let me be the first to repent and tell God how sorry I am. It starts by saying the fifth angel sounds his trumpet and that should have been like a warning blast for the people without the mark of God on their forehead to start to repent.

Because a star is given a key to unlock the Abyss and out of the Abyss comes huge locusts. By the sounds of it these locusts are scary and very huge. These locusts have power like scorpions. They were told not to harm the grass, plants, trees, or people who had the mark of God on their forehead. They were told not to kill anyone just to torture them for five long, painful months. During these months men hoped for death ,but death did not come. Men wanted to die just to get away from the pain ,but death would elude them.

The locust looked different than the locust I have seen pictures of. They looked like horses preparing for battle. On their heads they wore crowns of gold and their faces were like human faces. Their hair resembled women's hair and their teeth were sharp like lion's teeth. They wore breastplates of iron and their wings were like the thundering of many horses and chariots rushing into battle.

Just looking at those monster locusts would be enough to scare me. I wouldn't have to be bite by them. I would been either hiding or running to keep ahead of them. By the sounds of them running would have been useless. I would be totally scared out of my mind and if I got bite by one I would be wishing-no, praying that death would come for me. Death would elude anyone the happiness of that.

The king over these huge locusts was the angel of the Abyss named Abaddon. This king is the one who told the locusts to torment people without God's mark on their forehead.

To see these locust coming at me with the tail ready to sting me and their teeth ready to bite I would be repenting fast. Would or could someone repent fast enough to get rid of these monster once they put them in their sight. For the people without the mark of God they did not repent even after seeing and getting bite by these locusts. They kept up with the murders, their magic art, their sexual immorality, and their thefts. I feel very sorry for those people ,but all they had to do was ask God for forgiveness. They had to stop their bad traits such as murders and thefts. Stop their magic arts and sexual immorality. They couldn't do it ,so they had to stand the locust painful torment for five long months. I guess they got what they deserved.
