Angel in the hallway...
Majestically she floats,
elegantly quaint is her aura
as the angel moves mysteriously.
Her gaze captivates my soul
with such unique beauty seen
as springtime upon her countenance...
my heart plays the fool.
Hesitant,
though preciously contained,
Heartbroken?
Yet persistence she sustains,
while angelic in her existence she remains.
Her image beautifully poised
as the light from afar quelling the noise,
with smiles roaming from cheek to cheek
as the children laugh and play.
And though she might cry,
failing to speak,
she will always gleam as beauty,
to never be weak,
infinitely to remain truly,
the Angel in the hallway.
