Looking ten years younger is not just for the rich and famous any more. There are products and procedures that are available for all of us so that we can look and feel our very best. Here are some basic guidelines that will help you to look ten years younger.
Make being healthy a priority.
Your outside beauty is a reflection of your physical health so start by getting your body in shape.
1. Drink at least eight glasses of water each day to keep your skin hydrated and your circulation moving. This helps to cleanse your insides and forces the aging toxins out of your system.
2. Eat a balanced diet of the required daily supplements to meet your body's needs.
3. Avoid stringent diets that cause you to lose weight quickly because they deprive your body of the necessary nutrients.
4. Limit junk foods to a weekly treat instead of a daily food.
5. Get sufficient sleep to allow the body to rejuvenate itself and stay strong and healthy.
6. Get onto a regular daily exercise regime to keep your body healthy and strong.
Maintain healthy skin, nails and hair.
There are quality products that can restore and maintain your skin's natural beauty, and can actually help to turn back time.
1. Get into a daily face treatment regime to cleanse and feed your skin. You'll see the natural firmness of your skin returned, wrinkles fall away and deep creases filled in with cream products designed just for that purpose.
2. Wear makeup that suits YOU and not the model you saw it on. Match the colours and style to your face and use it to highlight your natural beauty, not in access to draw attention. Use quality products that don't run or wear off.
3.Keep your hair healthy by using quality hair products that treat your hair. Avoid perms and cheap dyes that break and damage your hair, and use a hair colour that revives your chosen colour. Choose a hair colour that highlights your face and avoid colours that are not obviously natural such as black hair when you're over 60. You want to keep the colours soft and natural to give the younger appearance.
4. Keep your nails manicured and coloured to suit your style
Dress in a style that suits you and that you like.
1. Choose a clothing style that suits you. Stay within the fashion guidelines as much as possible, but remember to keep it comfortable and suited to your structure.
2. Wear colours that are lively and bring out your natural beauty.
3. Wear sunglasses to kept the strong sun out of your eyes and the wrinkles off of your face.
4 Wear soft perfume that speaks dignity and avoid cheap or dull fragrances that are old and staple.
Avoid the things that have a negative impact on your life.
1. Don't allow yourself to fall into the age stereo type attitude that dictates dress style, limits makeup creativity or speaks of old.
2. Avoid cigarette smoke whenever possible as it will give you wrinkles and crows feet, and it will dry out and damage your hair.
3. Don't change your appearance by trying to appear younger than you are through makeup and clothing styles that don't suit you or that you don't prefer. Just be yourself by staying healthy and highlighting your own natural beauty.
When you're committed to following a daily regime of care, you can look ten years younger and stay that way.
