Sickle cell could be caused by several factors; however there is a
need to know what sickle cell really is. Suffice it to say that Sickle
cell is the blood cells disorder or disease. It has to do with the
shape of the red blood cell. Instead of these cells being normal
shaped they are now sickled that is curved. With these the heamoglobin
of these cell are not working properly thus leading to the inability

of the cell to carry or move oxygen round the body which is their
normal function. one peculiar thing about these cells is that they
have the capability of blocking some blood vessels especially the
capillaries thus causing the inappropriate supply of oxygen to the
blood vessels. This situation often leads to pains in sickle cellers
that is victims. These pains could be in any part of their bodies
ranging from the joints, head sometimes the pain transcends to the
stomach. I have a friend who is now late whose issue was that of the
stomach he was always having pains in the stomach region. in fact by
the time he passed on he had serious stomach pains.

So what is the Main Cause sickle cell

Have you ever done biology before, sickle cell is a gene disorder it
is as a result of a child inheriting the sickle gene from both
parents. For example consider a mother with gene AS and a father with
same genes the probability of having a sickle cell child is twenty
five percent. The S gene is the error gene in the parent and this
gene was a result of genetic mutation which happened a long time ago
how many years i don't know. But it lead to the production of
defective heamoglobin thus ever since then it has been transferred
down the line.

External Factor causes
There are some external forces that will cause Sickle cell, these include

Stress when a victim with sickle cell get stressed he is liable to
breakdown. stress is a major factor in sickle cell patients. It breaks
down their red blood cells and invariably leads to aneamia. This is a
major cause of sickle cell crisis.

Malaria is another cause of the crisis. I discovered that a lot of
sickle cell victims with malaria tend to lead to crisis, thus ability
to control malaria will reduce the likelihood of sickle cell crisis in
these victims.

Another Cause is Blood infection, infection of the blood may also lead
to sickle cell crisis.

Low oxygen concentration is another risk factor for sickle cell
patient, there is a need to always stay in areas where the oxygen
concentration is high. This will help them to take as much oxygen as
they need.

Low water intake to detoxify the system is needed but low intake of
water could lead to crisis. Especially with the build up in body toxin
level.

It is very important for every sickle cell patient to learn to take
things easy as this may be disastrous.
