The premise of the American Justice System is sound, it is the implementation that is flawed. This perspective is based on nearly two decades of having to deal with it, through circumstance and our own stupidity.

What we found out was that there is no oversight on these individuals that claim to be "officers of the court", otherwise known as "attorneys". These individuals have lost sight of the "service" that they are supposed to provide. Their failure to provide their "service" in a diligent or professional manner exposes all citizens to various abuses. It means that innocent are found guilty, children are made pawns, spouses get in feuds and criminals are set free. The damage that this failure causes is as devastating as any catastrophe to an individual and may be even more detrimental to the society. This is because like grains of sand, anger and resentment build, ethnic groups and economic class are discriminated against - there is no justice for these groups, because they are not "clients of choice".

Like all humans the group that chose to be "attorneys" take the easy road to profit. How they get away with scamming or harvesting clients is that the industry depends on "performance". This performance is not recorded or documented, the client has no proof that the "officer of the court" did or did not present the necessary material to the courts for a judgment. This would be like a football quarterback going out on the field, getting hiked the ball and he drops it throughout the game, his strategy is to last the game and collect the paycheck. With the quarterback though, his failures are usually caught on film, with an attorney their performance is lost in the air of the courthouse. Like the quarterback, the attorney will go out on the field and act like they are actively representing their client but their effort is at a minimum, they will file the right papers and will fulfill the "letter" of representation but will fail - the quarterback will drop the ball.

On the flip side we have the crusading "attorneys", in order to press their agenda these individuals will lie to the courts, fabricating events and fictitious "facts" in order to "win" their case. A prosecutor trying to fulfill their quota, a "Christian" attorney that defended their "abusing" client against the "sinner" wife that was trying to escape, a bank attorney that believes that someone else must pay for a banks mistake. To accomplish this goal these individuals will
