Guide to looking 10 years younger

Lets face it. We all get older. And taking care of our skin is essential when getting older. Sometimes we gain unwanted weight, and loose our shape. Here are some tips to help you look younger and beautiful.

Hydrate your skin by drinking lots of water. Water contains minerals that your skin needs. You can create your own moisturizers from products you probably have in your home! Honey, crushed oatmeal, and milk mixed together is a great way to keep your skin moist and beautiful. Simply apply to your skin, and allow to sit a few minutes before rinsing. This is a great remedy for the face. It helps to smooth the lines from your face and keep it soft and healthy. It will also clean the dirt from your pores.

Other products that work great for your skin is lemon juice, aloe vera gel, and cucumber juice. These products are great cleansers and moisturizers. You can apply any of these to your face before applying makeup.

Use mineral makeup, such as bare essentials. Crushed minerals has a fabulous finishing touch, and feeding your skin these minerals helps keep acne down. Be sure to apply your moisturizers before applying your makeup. Mineral makeup usually has less chemicals than liquid makeup, and is much healthier for your skin.

If you have trouble with acne or hives, cut back on the caffeine or foods with too much sugar such as chocolate. Caffeine and sugars make acne worse.

When styling your hair, consider bangs! Bangs almost always help you look younger. There are many different styles to suit each shape. Bangs cut across the forehead for long hair lengths, long bangs swept to the side for bobs, and layered bangs for curly hair are all good styles for a younger look.

When choosing your clothing, don't try to fit in too much with the trends. Different kinds of cloths work for different body types. Find something that suits your body type. Don't wear clingy clothes, as clingy clothes will reveal unpleasant features of your body. Wearing longer length shirts can also have a slimming effect. Wear pants that are slightly loose and flair a little at the bottom. This will help give your legs a slimmer look.

Looking beautiful and healthy isn't as hard as you think! By spending a few minutes each morning on yourself, you are well on your way to looking 10 years younger!
