If you are still seeking that mythical Fountain of Youth... I hate to be the one to burst your bubble. Luckily, there are many ways to shave a decade or more off your physical appearance. Looking younger is not difficult at all, in fact the first step to looking younger is quite obvious.

Live Healthy
A healthy diet will do wonders for your figure, from your shape to your skin tone. Eating well balanced meals with appropriate proportions of fruits, vegetables, and meat will give you more energy to exercise... which is another important factor of living healthy,

Whether you play sports, swim, work out in a gym, play (rather, keep up) with young children, or even walk or jog once or twice daily... exercise is essential for a healthy, happy you and these activities will prevent anybody from ever guessing your true age.

An equally important step is to drink sufficient amounts of water. The average person should drink about 8 8oz. glasses (64 oz. total) of water every single dau and if you haven't been... you'll be amazed at what happens when you start drinking the amount of water you should be drinking. You will lose some of that unnecessary weight, your skin will glow, and you will feel 100% revived in many ways.

Finally, avoid unhealthy habits. Drinking alcohol, smoking, and other poisons can actually add years to your appearance... so if you are a smoker the quickest way to reverse the aging clock is to give it up already!

Live Young

Looking younger must stem from feeling younger. As difficult as it may be, releasing stress is an essential step to achieve a younger you and it all comes from a bigger and better picture. Part of the trick is learning to let things go. Stress is bad for your eyes (it creates a dark, puffy bag) and bad for your skin (wrinkles) and it is especially bad for you.

Stress is actually unavoidable, but it is how you react to stress that matters. Carrying around any extra burdens is bad for your back, your skin, and your inner beauty as well.

The easiest way to live young, and in turn look younger, is to enjoy life. Take every opportunity that comes your way, laugh often (and laugh loud), and to appreciate the smaller things that matter. Love your self, and your self will love you right back!
