phone rings, it is probably for you. Very rarely it will be a wrong number. Even more rare is someone calling to talk to you children. The correct person answers 99.9% of the time.

7. Pictures/Videos/Web- You can access the web, take photos and videos all from your cell phone. This makes it easy to catch things that you may not have because you didn't feel like dragging along your camera. Checking the web is often made difficult when you are away from home or work. Having it available to you on your phone makes life a little easier.

8. Text Messaging- This invention has made it easy to contact someone when they are unable to answer phone calls. This is great for emergency situations as well. You may not want to have a long conversation with someone. Text messaging allows you to say something quickly and doesn't get you hung up into a long conversation.

9. Convenience- Having a cell phone is simply more convenient. It allows you the freedom of movement without losing contact with those that you need to be in contact with.

When cell phones first began on the scene of everyday life, I swore I would never use one. I have now owned over 12 of these amazing pieces of technology. There are many people that complain about rude "cell phone people". Those same people have theirs attached to their sides.
