Is leadership an instinct or learned?

Leadership is the cornerstone of human tradition and its influence upon generations.

Leadership is an enormous and complex subject with diverse angles of approach and development.

As it grows in proportion to established social and professional standards, it continues to manage personal and collective conflicts, ambitions, visions, fears, and faith. For the keystone activity of leadership is its capacity to persuade.

Influence or persuasion can be initiated by personal sharing, professional duty, and collective efforts. I am persuaded that the inspired and influenced are the sum total of what others have deposited or withdrawn within and out of their lives.

The leadership cycle is impacted a great deal by a platform of excellence in communication; a foundation of trust in the governing precepts, laws, and constitution; the audience to include constituents, laborers of love, and grass root workers.

Leadership which one possesses is only as powerful as their ability to influence, build a bridge of support, and cultivate collective ideas. It is for a specific purpose of experiencing public and private synergy.

Leadership is not about strength or confidence; a social, political, and economic position; any self-serving agendas.

Leadership is about persuasion and passion. It aligns with the agenda of none and corresponds with the plans for progress of many.

Leadership is the mini-efforts of mighty ones in ability and their capacity to withstand scrutiny and judgment. For the sequence of leadership growth during any campaign can only be envisioned and foretold through the perspective of them who are affected most.

Leaders shall exist in the morning, during the mid-day, and at the fall of the evening. The leader stands and faints not under the rumor of impropriety. For their reflection must and shall resemble honor so that the better of valor in service may be obtained. Discipline and sacrifice are key elements.

Men and women across the world are asked to lead, influence, and manage vital resources. They are responsible for human capital.

Leaders execute and define parameters. Prevalent leaders are known as executives.

Executives are rarely acclaimed breeds. They have excelled beyond the levels of continuous business process development. They venture into the abyss of family mediator, crisis negotiator, and social product or services specialist.

There are known and unknowns for leadership classifications. They pertain to those carrier services which perpetuate uniformity among standards, discipline through ranks, and commitment in service efforts.

Executives are the horsemen of which any organization heavily relies upon. They advance those policies which, dramatically, sustain and improve mission fulfillment.

To part from the disposition of a sluggard is the beginning of becoming the refined character of a prosperous person. It is a leader who is focused upon a destination to journey towards in the absence of limitations. Leadership instincts become, subjectively, defined traits as learned behaviors are acquired and persist unabated.
