such as salsa with your morning eggs rather than ketchup. As well, try to avoid grocery shopping when you're hungry - we all know how that story turns out - and do indulge yourself once in a while. If you completely deny yourself of your cravings chances are you'll end up binging during a weak moment. Instead, treat yourself from time to time; you may be surprised how easily your cravings will be curbed when you satiate them once in a while. And let's not forget reasonable portion sizes, take only what you need and stop eating when you're full. Simple as pie.

Exercise

I'm one of the lucky ones in that I love exercise. I really do, however I realize this is certainly not the case for everyone. It's fact though, that exercise is still a crucial part of a healthy lifestyle, so it's time to get moving. As far as exercise goes anything goes! Play a sport, join the gym, go for nightly walks, walk to and from work, or take up jogging, the options are plentiful, all you have to do is find something you enjoy (or can stand) and have at it. If you're thinking of getting professional help, I would suggest personal training. I have personally embarked upon this in the past, and I absolutely loved it: I had a great trainer and I really enjoyed the structured nature of the workouts. Not to mention that people who take on personal trainers tend to see 80% better results as opposed to training alone. That said however, I did not make the mistake that many people who enlist the assistance of a trainer do: That because you have a trainer the work will do itself and you will automatically see the results you've been dreaming of. I had the help of my trainer, but I worked my butt off every session, and I didn't skip sessions like so many folks do. Even when you have someone helping you, it still takes commitment and work, both of which you are highly capable of. And I understand it can be difficult to fit in time to exercise when you have other priorities such as work and family, and sometimes by the end of the day the last thing you want to think about is exercising. Think on this though: Exercise boosts your energy. No joke. I guarantee you, the more you exercise the better you will feel, and most likely, the more you'll want to keep on exercising. So get out there with your kids, get out there with your spouse or friends just get out there! And get shaking.

Attitude

It's all about attitude baby! Seriously, none of the above can happen if you don't put yourself in the right place
