Though built to a basic design,
we're quite complex if you look inside.
Different living, different thinking,
different meanings to different feelings.
One sees a mess and one sees art,
no one sees what was in the artist's heart.
Some call it wrong, some call it right,
some say it's mean, some say that's life.
Most grow up, but a few stay the same,
say life's to short to spend growing gray.
Some like to get up and about,
and some like to stay in and look out.
Some are leaders, the one's who are strong.
Others just follow as they tag along.
The glass is half full,
the glass is half empty,
clearly your problem is you're still thirsty.
Some like to laugh, some won't.
Some like to live, and some don't.
Some are expressive, some seem dead,
some are nice, some are a little sick in the head.
Some are smart, some aren't.
Then there's the smart ones who act like they're not.
Some think they're better, some of them are.
Some like to dream and reach for the stars.
Some say it's foolish, stars are too far.
Here's some and there's some,
go ahead and have some.
There seems to be enough some for everyone.
Rather you're young or old or boy or girl,
farewell to you of your own world.

you said 'forever'
you said 'scared?'
i said 'never'
and we lay there
we had it all
neither
When we enter our own world
And the world outside starts to disappear
You make me feel like you don’t know any other
Everyday I ponder the condition of the world.
There is greed, prejudice, hatred, and violence.
They are at the forefront

I CAN
The cool embrace of the rain gives ease to my sunburnt skin,
I've been on the move for many days, chasing a personal
