Valentine's Day is the day where couples show their affection and love for each other. Making those twenty-four hours remembering and worth-it for their relationship. But what if your couple has forgotten this special day for the both of you? What will you do? It will really make you disappointed expecting something from your couple but the worse of all he forgot that it was a Valentine's Day. Can you forgive him for doing this?

I will surely forgive my couple for forgetting the Valentine's Day. Yes it really hurts for not receiving any greetings, gifts, and settled dinner date from him. But what can I do? He is still my boyfriend and I do not control his mind. I know for a fact that it was also my fault because what I did was also wrong. I was expecting something from him that I thought he could give. I felt sorry for myself for doing that.

For me, February 14 was just an ordinary day decades ago and it really didn't mean anything for the early people. Until February 14 was marked as the Valentines Day, the people started to go crazy preparing luxurious gifts and special dinners for their love ones. Valentine's Day is just like a simple t-shirt that had been marked by a Popular Cloth-lining company like "Lacoste" or "Girbaud" so it became known to people.

If your couple forgot that special day for you, still you shouldn't have to get mad at him. Focus on the positive side of his characteristics and personality, remember the memories that you've shared together and don't let your pride overcome your soul. Your couple is not perfect that he remembers and he knows everything. Love and Acceptance should always be together in building a long lasting relationship. Do not let your relationship fall into pieces because of what he did, instead plan or set a late valentine's date. I know that your couple will do everything just for you to forgive him, just wait for his moves.

Valentine's Day only happens once a year but showing your love and affection for each other does not only happen once a year, it happens everyday and those days will never ever be forgotten by the both of you.

Everyday could be a valentine's day for you and your love one. The importance of a relationship is not the material things that you have received from him and not the special days that you have celebrated together, it is the love and trust that is going stronger as days passed by. Sometimes, we should not expect something from our couple, because all of us do not want to get our relationship broken if our expectations turned into disappointment.
