I know and believe God exists. I believe humans are more than the sum of their organic parts, and that all of us have the God within us whether we believe in God or not. I find it silly that the human race would even ask such a question about the very life force of of everything created and things yet to be created. God created us all to believe in other ideas and have independent thoughts and yes to even question God's very existence.
Cultures throughout human existence believed in something or knew something more powerful than themselves. Some force of nature? Over many human lifetimes there is proof that people believed in many things without seeing them. I believe that supernatural ideas and idols were created to make sense of God before the time God revealed himself to man by scripture. Many carry on these customs, rituals and traditions to this very day. Some would call this evil idolatry and evil, but it all makes sense that people had to have something to see to know and to believe in to make sense in world and God at the time. I believe God reveals in many different ways and not just in Christianity. If this were so, it would make God quite limited with all of Creation.
Without knowing and believing and learning, do humans just think this life is an innate scientific process without God? The human ego is naturally self seeking and self gratifying of knowledge. Humans will search and search to find the truth of Gods existence. Sadly with such complexities of thought, they are looking in all the wrong places when it is all in front of their face. Humans are too distracted by the external and internal forces of nature around them and of themselves to really notice God at their side. Since many people sadly fear God, or are harsh skeptics of God, I can understand why so many are blind to God's face.
If humans can leave the ego of "being right" out of the picture,we may be able to pay attention to what we think and how we think and perceive God. There is a danger in of possessing a self righteous mind regarding a force that none of us can comprehend. God does exist and more will be revealed..but not on our time.
Humans are searching for God scientifically. Will they find the God source? No. I don't believe so, and the reason being is because I don't think we could even begin to comprehend God. I believe God is more that what is humanly possible to imagine. We only know makes makes sense to each of us within our own being regarding this logical human question about God.
Those that have an interpersonal willingness to know of God and a healthy personal relationship with God of their own design, have a good idea of God's existence through direct and indirect experiences in this short life.
