Change:
Ego driven societies, imprisoning themselves
Remnants of a boom scattered on shelves
Governments in turmoil, unable to give help
World falling a sunder, they squandered our wealth
Barack Obama, is a welcome change
The world's economy to rearrange
That for one, would be a start
But so many things, have been torn apart
A collaborative input from all of the lands
A unification, a joining of hands
Everyone is imperfect in one way or another
Make a change, reach out to your sister and brother
We're all human that's one thing in common
All of the children, every man and woman
There's too much suffering everyday
Join together, to make it go away
Stop throwing the scraps to the poor
Give each and everyone of them substantially more
Egalitarian issues wedging us apart
The want and greed for more a poison to our heart
Everything is suffering, the whole of this planet
Not anything other than human beings done it
We're making some changes but not near enough
The task ahead is going to be tough
Where did all the cancers come from?
People, still suffer from a sixty year old bomb
It was good in the past but now it's all wrong
The ego has ruled us for far too long
Step out of yourself and look into your head
Listen to your thoughts, without a word said
They're from the past and the future, but seldom the now
It's up to each of us to change them somehow
One change can change many, that's a sure thing
Many changes can change nothing has a familiar ring
Make more changes in the right direction
Give rise to equality, and reduce imperfection
