Comic Con is the biggest comic book convention that takes place all across the world. Publishers, writers and readers come together to honor the comic book. Comic book artists also appear and autograph special comic books, shirts and more. The science fiction world of film will never be the same because of comic con. It is influenced not only by the comics themselves but also by the thousands of fans that attend these conventions.

The influence of comic con is extraordinary when it comes to the world of science fiction film. These professionals look for the hottest comic books on the market and figure out how to shape them into a movie. They then target their marketing powers at the fans of the comic book chosen.

Comic con has an incredible influence on what movies the science fiction film industry releases. It affects what comics they deem are worthy enough to be made into movies and what comics turned into movies will have the greatest fan base.
