PROUD MAN
I was once a proud man
Lived life to the fullest
Educated, trusted then canned
Now life is the dullest
The kids are the one shining light
That make me take up the fight
To try with all my might
To be the proud man every night
Life threw me punches
I almost dodged them all
The kids loved me bunches
Even after my fall
Now stronger than before
I have a chance to ensure
I have a need to endure
And be the proud man once more
