The answer to the question posed by the title of this article should be obvious to any educated, intelligent human being. Israel is never wrong. Therefore, Israel certainly did not commit war crimes in Gaza.

Average people who foolishly allow themselves to be swayed by footage of carnage and dying civilians broadcast by clearly pro-Hamas (albeit American) media channels as CNN and NBC are misinformed and have not been paying careful attention to the facts. They need only heed (and believe) references made to reports compiled by the Intelligence and Terrorism Center in Israel. Since theses are issued by an Israeli center, their impartiality must not be questioned. They clearly explain the shocking exploitation of civilians in Gaza by Palestinian militants.

Rather than accept what they see unfolding before their eyes, members of the international community would do well to force their minds to go beyond the clever public relations ploys of crafty Hamas leaders. These bloodthirsty men have brain washed their people into voting for them. In spite of the strict blockade imposed on Gaza, they have miraculously managed to build countless military bases and weapons factories and have at their disposal vast arms caches.

Yet, rather than use this formidable military power to directly attack the civilized and peace-loving nation of Israel, Hamas leaders take perverse pleasure in forcing their women and children to be shot down and bombed by the Israeli Defense Forces. They prefer to kill their own families, destroy their own homes, schools and hospitals - indeed, their whole world - in a miserable attempt to fool uninformed outsiders into believing that it is they who are an occupied people living under an almost complete siege enforced by the occupier and the international community since July 2008.

They have spun a tale of lies and clever misrepresentations, happily throwing away the lives of their wives and gleefully maiming their babies as part of a cunning plan to cast suspicions on the law-abiding army of the only true democracy in the Middle East, forcing the Israeli government to kill civilians in Gaza by the hundreds.

Such villainous behavior is unacceptable and cannot be tolerated. Most of the adult male population of Gaza are Hamas militants, according to incontestable Israeli Intelligence. They must all be immediately indicted as war criminals. For they have tricked the IDF into killing approximately 300 Palestinian civilians in Gaza last month, according to Israeli
