Well they say people can be wise or foolish, mum often said that she was not a good doer, or a bad doer, and so I am not sure about this wisdom; supposedly if Elvis was wise, he would have invested his money rather than give it away, and yet due to his kind nature he will be remembered for as long as the human race is alive to appreciate music, and his next of kin, Lisa has benefited a lot from his music, I thin k I read some entrepreneur had bought Gracelands for 75 million dollars, though Lisa owns the rights to the home and other personal items. Elvis is purported to have earned a quater of a billion dollars in his lifetime, though he is said to have had only a million in his current account at the time of his death. Elvis was wise in my opinion to give away a lot, he tried to be like the woman in the parable who gave a penny to the tray when the vicar or priest came to her and people commented on how little she had given, and Christ saying that she gave all that she had; Elvis needed a bit in the bank to administer his trips and purchases. Im not sure whether he was wise in taking so many pills in his early years but people didnt know the dangers of them then, but I would have thought that he would know that the liver takes a lot of battering with such medicine. His doctor a greek gentleman said that he swung with himself, and his aids said that he had vast mood changes in the later years of his life, and I guess medicines like demerol and all the others had that effect on him, so his wisdom would have been tarnished by such intake. Im not sure whther he was wise to make so many sub standard films, some of them only took a few weeks of filming and he wasnt serious about them, so I guess he could have acted in better films becuase he had good acting ability, though he left a lot of the wisdom taking to colonel parker who although a masterful entrepreneur liked gambling too much, so between two clever people, and basically wise people, things did go astray, so you wonder whther there were other influwences, and no doubt addictions can impair on wisdom. gra
