Every appointment with a PFS agent is 100% free of charge to the client. They do get paid for their services by PFS. You can call them three times a day, every day, and there will never be a charge. If PFS products such as their loans, insurance, or mortgages will help the client, then the client has the option of using these services. There is never an obligation.
