Live outdoor cafe,
Steaming swirls of foaming
Mug and saucer art display.
Sweet robust comrade
Penetrates the soul
Shade grown darkness
Clandestine life of Espresso.
Universal lovers
Greeting Monday.
Venerate Barista bar,
Rebellion from Sunday.
Thick, swirling daydream
Peaceful, warm, pensive
Elated, transported,
Arousing the senses.
Captivated, quiet,
Rising steam spelling out
Calming messages,
Respite from the usual.
