communities. Spices commonly used in Indian cuisine consist of curry, cardamom, coriander, ginger, cumin, saffron and turmeric. The use of dairy products is not uncommon with yogurt appearing in many dishes. Indian cuisine may be described as exotic, full of life and very flavorful.
The Chinese Cuisine
Everybody has savored Chinese take out food abroad, but authentic Chinese food cooked as it is supposed to be, is a totally different experience.Chinese culture has decided that one must cater also to the appearance of food and for this reason Chinese dishes may be one of the most colorful and eye appealing cuisines of the world.
With eight different regional cuisine styles, Chinese food will never appear dull. The regions consist of: Anhui, Cantonese, Fujian, Hunan, Jiangsu, Shandong, Sichuan and Zeijiang.
Flavors play a major role in Chinese cuisine. Vegetables, meats and fish are often basted in soy sauce, sweet and sour and sauces and a variety of spices such as garlic, ginger and star aniseed. A lot of healthy vegetables are used such as broccoli, cabbage and Bok Choy. The Chinese cuisine may be defined as healthy, aromatic, rich and colorful.
There are many other cuisines in the world. Yet, they are just diverse and unique as the people inhabiting the countries. Thus, a paella made in Spain tastes much different from a paella made in Turkey. Tequilas made in China may be nothing like the ones produced in Mexico. It takes special terrain to produce Champagne and it's uniqueness cannot be replicated in other countries other than France. Elaborate, passionate, aromatic, spicy, intense.
There are so many varieties of cuisine in this world that choosing the best would be impossible and unfair and most all, politically incorrect.
