Brightness blinds me, darkness frightens me, and silence weakens me,
In the brightness there is silence and in the darkness there is silence, so when I am blinded I am weak, and when I am frightened I am also weak, but then I look and I can see you and your presence strengthens me, I rise to be near you, through the darkness no weakness, through the brightness, no weakness, silence is everywhere but still no weakness,
You embrace me with your power, my sweet glorious being, you touch me gently, like a butterfly fluttering against my skin, your image fades but I am overwhelmed with a peacefulness I've grown to understand,
Back, back through the brightness, through the darkness and into the silence, I am weakened again......
