Everyone I know comes up with the question,"why do teachers give so much homework?" To me and many other kids, homework is just brutal and you don't always get a good grade on it. Take me, for example; I am a freshman and I work like an ox to get an assignment done. Then, I'm smacked in the face with a bad grade. I know this is from my standpoint, but teens and other kids actually don't have that much work to do! Don't get me wrong; not all teachers give a bunch of head slicing work to punish you, but it's still work to do. Let me tell you of the tale.
No matter how much the pain on your arm; it's caused by work you have to carry. Now, a teacher has many ways to punish a child and one of these ways is giving work! I think the teacher gets stress off their back doing the act of giving lengthy work. Let me explain what I mean by getting stress off there back. If the teen or kid, maybe even an adult, is acting up in the classroom, a teacher can just slap work down on their faces and that will instantly shut their mouths. In some cases, the person goes to the extreme and cusses the teacher out or maybe even hits the teacher. Well, in these cases the teacher would say,"If you don't do this work you will fail the class because it's for a grade".
The king of why teachers of all kinds give work is to educate the person. I know that not all the clans of people like to do work. My friends don't like to do it, but not doing the work is not an absolute choice to make. In the time most people in school or college take the time to mess around, they could have the blistering work done and won't be so stressed when it comes time to do it. I do the work and it's good, but college dosn't except bad grades. So, teachers stress to give you work to make you a better person.
Do you ever have that down feeling because you never did the work? Maybe you are doing bad in school and want some extra help, so a teacher would want your aching soul to get better. With that being concluded, a teen or kid, maybe even an adult, would wan't some extra credit. Mr. teacher will say,"Little Sally, I see your grade is down I'll give you some boost points". She'll like the idea and go with it. Before you know it the grade is now good and passing. This is one technique used to get students doing work.
A teacher uses these ways and only these ways to get the student doing work. These are the opportunities teachers give you to break through the path of hardship. All in all, this is why teachers give work. Who would want stress of a mean and cruel teacher? Who wouldn't want to educate the student and get them ready for the real world? Finally, why would you want a bad grade? All in all do the work and succeed to high levels.
