The only way to lose weight permanently

Forget about all of the advertised methods for losing weight. Those methods are for those savvy business marketers who know that they can take advantage of people without self-discipline.

If you really want to lose weight...there are some simple rules that you absolutely must follow - otherwise you will fail every time. The first rule is: You can't keep doing the same things and expect a different outcome.

That rule only applies to your exercise regimen. Meaning exercise should be a life long habit...let's face it Americans are extremely lazy when it comes to maintaining a proper exercise regimen.

The second rule is: There will be pain initially when you start to workout and most of us are allergic to pain! What to do in this situation is to take pain medicine, such as Aleve; if you have no illnesses that prohibit you from doing so. Or if a doctor have advised you not to take pain medicine of any kind.

The purpose of doing this is to help you get past the initial pain that comes along with being completely out of shape. It also, will help you to stay motivated, because for most people pain is a big deterrent from maintaining a workout routine.

The third rule is: You must continue to eat three times a day healthy foods and reduce your sugar intake. You don't have to starve yourself because this is the primary reason that diets do not work! If you trick your body, your body will return the favor!

Your body will tack on an extra 50lbs just for GP. It may even punish you more for doing that by adding even more weight! The kind of food you eat is important and if you don't know how to get food that is low in fat, a good approach would be to go to the nearest Military base and purchase a case of MRE's(meal ready to eat) these meals are low in fat and high in carbohydrates.

The average cost for a case is approximately $25 dollars for about a two week supply. They have a variety of meal styles in the case.

The fourth rule is: If you are so big that you can not jog on a daily basis for at least a block or more, then it is just as effective to lose weight by walking at warp speed to start with. Remember, when your body starts to get stronger you increase the amount of distance that you walk. A max distance should be around three miles... a mile and a half one way and then a mile and a half back. You must be able to perform this exercise every single day! Or at least some form of the exercise every day. Walking is the best.

The only way that this will not work is if you are not disciplined enough to stick with your exercise regimen. You did not gain that weight overnight and you are not going to lose it overnight...The same way that you gained that weight is the same way that you will have to lose it!...A little at a time!

It has worked for all of the kings! The SmoKING ..The DrinKING..The lying!...oops wrong ING! Also, a good investment for this venture will be to go out and buy some spandex clothing . This will keep your legs from rubbing the skin off of each other.

Remember to stretch before and after each walk or run because this will reduce the soreness that you get from the exercise. It will also prevent injury. The key to your weight loss is exercise and discipline!

As I have said before, so say I know again. Cultivation is Key and Knowledge is power!
