As technology advances, so does the kind of life everybody trudges everyday. The rich becomes richer and the poor although could not afford the expensive technology are somewhat being eased the burden they are suffering. Due to technology, people in poor communities are being eased the burden of having to bear the hardship of finding safe water to drink and finding jobs to earn a living. Without technology, where could people who could not afford to earn a living,have water to drink and go for medication?

Technology although sometimes does not solve every problem for all people have helped in a way solve some of the minor if not major problems suffered by people in the poorest places in the corner of this world. Movements of commodities to the remotest areas are works of modern technology. Imagine what may happen to people who are victims of calamities if there is no improvement of our technology. Places which are impossible by means of land transportation could be reached by means of air transportation. Airplanes and helicopters are used to transport goods for calamity victims of remote places that are impassable. This is technology solving the problem and easing the burden of the poor people out there.

Poverty is best addressed with the technology. Where poverty is the issue, technology has a lot to offer to the poor people. In the third world countries, one of which is my country, technology has offered many livelihood programs to the people. People could put up their own small home business using small machineries that could help them earn a living. The government is doing and trying their best to help the poor people earn a living by providing them with borrowed capital which they could use to buy ice cream maker, bakery equipments, rice mill, irrigation and other machineries and tools that could help the poor people have a way of living.

Technology has improved the life of every one of us. With technology, more people are employed. Look at the call centers where millions of call center agents were hired in the last few years, these agents are those without jobs before. Technology has made life for them easier by having them hired to work as agents. This is how technology is helping poor people. In the rural areas where it was so hard to travel long time ago, it is very easy to travel now. This helps the farmers have easier access to the cities where they could bring their products.

Life has become easier and more comfortable even for the poor people with the advancement of ttechnology. Now everybody is enjoying life and having a share of what technology could do to the life of people.
