Good workouts for blasting bellyfat...

1. One half hour cardio exercise everyday (biking, walking, running, swimming, housework, gardening). Mix it up so that it doesn't get tedious. Don't consider it exercise. Go with a friend. Watch a movie

2. Three days a week, build muscle. Do weights or Pilates. Stay away from crunches if you have back problems. You don't need to go to a gym either. Weights are cheap. Buy your own. The ones that wrap around your arms and legs are good because you can keep them on while doing other things around the house. The added weight will make your muscles work harder and get toned.

3. Treat yourself to a sauna or hot tub. This relieves muscle aches so you will keep exercising. Also, the sauna helps sweat off calories.

4. Help your efforts by eating less fat, sugar and starch than you usually do. Any reduction is better than what you are eating now.
