How to master the art of aloneness and transform your life; the path of aloneness to transform your life can be intensely challening and richly rewarding. Please remember, all that I share is through a very direct experience from my own personal journey. Mastering the art of aloneness has been a 25 year journey. I began my life, in a somewhat normal way, if you consider that I am super sensitive empath, with high intuition. I had never been one for big crowds, but found that from time to time, enjoyed a party or going to the mall. In my 20's, I could pretty much handle this, no problem. Once I began healing my childhood imprinting and patterns, I found my inutitive and empathic abilities expanding and evolving.

It was ok for awhile...it seems tho, that the more I experienced, the more confused I became, the more that I sensed and felt; intuitively and empathically. Consider this; when we feel a high level of confusion, in psychic terms, confusion is offering a new level or many levels of awareness, just not on the surface of our logical thinking, yet.

In the beginning, when confusion sets in and you find yourself scrambling for understanding, the figuring out part of what am I feeling, what am I doing, and what do I need to know? This is the intensely challenging part of mastering the art of aloneness.

In the beginning, of this journey, you may find that your inner life is taking on a course and direction of its own. You may all of a sudden find yourself finding that you have more down time and you are not around others as much as you may have been. This can be a bit unnerving, however, if you give yourself a chance to slow down and appreciate the quiet and alone time, and you allow yourself to refrain from logically and humanly labeling your experience, then confusion begins to transform into words of understanding. Words of understanding can come from reading a book, watching a movie, a sentence in a song, or something that comes to you intuitively. The point of mastering the art of your alone time, is to come off the busy-ness of the everyday life grid and go within for quiet and understanding.

Mastering the art of aloneness, takes patience, time and a reorganization of what the logical mind thinks of the present experience. The transformation that comes is worth the effort of mastering your aloneness. This inner transformation brings an inner peace that may not have been there before. It brings a deeper and clearer sense of yourself on all levels. If you are
